I was impressed when I first encountered Golden Gryphon over a decade ago, but they have since updated it to make it even better! The costumes, the stations and the delicious meal were all a hit. The day was educational, fun and memorable. I would highly recommend bringing this program to your school.Posted on Google Kevin BagnellTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an excellent experience with the Golden Gryphons program! The presentation was engaging, well-organized, and perfectly suited for junior classes. The presenters did a fantastic job bringing history to life through video presentations, interactive activities, costumes, and hands-on learning stations. Students were highly engaged throughout the day, especially during the immersive stations and the medieval feast. It was fantastic having the program include lunch, which made the day feel seamless and fully immersive for both students and staff. One of the highlights was the opportunity for teachers to dress up as the king and queen — the students absolutely loved it! The playful “punishments” for boorish behaviour added a fun, memorable, and lighthearted element that kept students engaged while reinforcing expectations in a creative way. The presenters were professional, knowledgeable, and excellent with students, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. The program connected well to the curriculum and encouraged collaboration, curiosity, and active participation. Overall, this was a valuable and enriching experience, and we would highly recommend Golden Gryphons to any school looking for an engaging, curriculum-linked program for junior students.Posted on Google Samantha BatteTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. On our medieval day, Golden Gryphon visited our summer camps here at Museum Strathroy-Caradoc. The kids absolutely loved the experience, utilizing high quality tools to create medieval brass rubbings. They were enamored by the weapons and arms station, trying on the model armor and passing around replica weapons. The kids talked excitedly about the visit for days afterwards!Posted on Google Caleb MacDonaldTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Amazing learning experience. The students had a blast. I had a blast volunteering. So much fun.

My students look forward to this presentation all year! The hands on learning cannot be replicated in the classroom. After this celebration day, I can then invite the students to launch an investigation about a civilization which piqued their interest. It gives the students a frame of reference and an authentic taste of history!
